Complaint Filed Against Ridgway, Lane, and Assocs.

Dear Homeowners;

Please be advised Bruenburg Property Owners Association, Inc. has uncovered irregularities in its financial statements, and has severed ties with Ridgway, Lane and Associates, Inc. Legal action has been initiated, and is ongoing. As a result of numerous lawsuits being filed, all bank accounts under Ridgway Lane’s control were temporarily frozen but have since been released. This action may delay payments on accounts payable.

The Board has enlisted the Bellinder Law Firm to provide counsel and management of issues for the Association during this period. The Board has taken substantive steps to notify its vendors and is seeking to obtain a line of credit to cover expenses incurred in the interim.

The Association appreciates the patience and assistance of each homeowner during this time.
