The Bruenburg Property Owners Association met on 7 November 2019 and at the conclusion of that meeting David L Lane said that due to current health issues and also with his son David W Lane leaving the business that effective 31 December 2019 Ridgeway Lane would close down its business. On 8 November 2019 we were made aware of financial discrepancies found at other POA’s managed by Ridgway Lane. We are currently working with our board attorney to determine our Bruenburg POA financial status. We will update the residents of Bruenburg once we know more. We will take legal action against Ridgway Lane if similar issues are confirmed.
