The Board met for the first quarter of 2021, and has some news to report:
The area of Bruenburg Parkway where it is caving in by the entrance has been marked by the City, and repairs should be made soon! The round-about area by the pool has been reported to the City so we anticipate repairs to it, as well.
Multiple work order requests have been submitted to the City for repair of the box culvert at Bailey’s Ridge. The Board will continue to follow up with the City in hopes of these repairs being made soon!
Amis Lawn & Landscape, Inc. did an awesome job replacing the flowerbed at the entrance, as well as cleaning out all other existing beds and replacing pine straw and color. Our neighborhood is even more beautiful thanks to their efforts!
We hope to open the pool for Spring Break! We are also shopping for new furniture and accessories, so we will enjoy a spiffy new look when the weather warms up! Please remember that homeowner assessments must be paid current to keep your pool key active, or to receive a new one.
Several repairs should be made around the neighborhood soon:
Broken street signs
Gas lights (cleaned and relit)
Air pump in the front pond
Pool House siding and paint
Several fallen trees and debris piles have been discovered, and will be cleared up soon
Shout out to 102 Bellemeade Trace for receiving “Yard of the Month” for January 2021! Please submit your nomination to the board via email (board@bruenburg.org).
